MAINTENANCE

Control Your Own Maintenance Costs

Have you had conversations within your organization as to how your transportation needs can be the most efficient and cost effective or do you have conversations about why can't the airlines fly into that airport that is closer to the warehouse by twenty miles?

The objectives that your organization needs to accomplish within a certain set of parameters makes investigating the operation of a company aircraft a manageable task when viewed through the framework of cost analysis vs. time spent moving between commercial airports instead of a general aviation facility, especially now when adding the variables of this current crisis into the mix.

Imagine the aircraft in the picture above on the ramp ready to go at your local general aviation airport. You arrive and have someone park your car for free with just a short walk from the FBO (fixed based operator) to the airplane. We welcome you and hand you your morning newspaper as you step onboard. Five minutes later, you're off the ground and headed to a meeting with new company that is ready to sign a contract for new business.

After three hours of meetings and a newly signed contract, it is back to the airport and a return flight home; and by the way, lunch has been catered to the plane for the trip home.
